Our physical welfare programme supports junior, youth and senior players, including female players across all age groups.

2027 Physical Welfare Plan
SAR's 12-Month Physical Welfare Plan will deliver physical welfare awareness and education throughout the year:
Pre-Season: Physical welfare commitment, preparation and concussion awareness.
Early Season: Physical fundamentals, movement development and Header Prep.
Mid-Season: Youth and senior physical welfare, recovery, injury prevention, workload management and female athletic health.
Post-Season: Strength and conditioning, recovery and preparation for the following season.
Information and activities will be delivered through practical coaching sessions, Sporty newsletters, SAR Facebook, email communications, coach check-ins and Coaches/Managers Meetings.
