Individual technical development

Game understanding and decision-making
-
Confidence, enjoyment, and long-term participation
Programmes run annually from early October through to the end of March, providing an appropriate development pathway that complements club, school, and representative football.
All sessions are delivered by qualified male and female coaches under the oversight of the Club’s Football Director, ensuring consistency, inclusivity, and adherence to best-practice coaching standards.
We offer:
-
Little Rangers (5–9 years): Mixed sessions introducing fundamental skills and football fun
-
Girls Only (10–17 years): Female-focused sessions promoting skill progression and confidence
-
Boys Only (10–17 years): Male-focused sessions supporting technical development and game understanding
These programmes are offered free of charge thanks to support from funding, local sponsorship, and club initiatives, helping to make football accessible to all children and youth.
